The company received a Ceremonial Certificate in Recognition for achieving perfect record status: no complaints filed for a period of 3 years, as a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire.
We are pleased that the BBB acknowledges our goals: to continue to be attentive to our clients' needs. We'll do everything we can to keep up with our complaint-free track record. Trust is important to us, and we work hard for you, our prospective clients. We also try to keep our prices low (they have increased only 2.5% over the past 5 years, considerably below the norm) even though our expenses have risen.
